Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a client of Space Studios LLC and would like to request deletion of your data, here is how to do it.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to william@spacestudios.us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name, your company name, the email address associated with your account, and a description of what data you would like deleted.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete your contact information (name, email, phone, company details), any stored campaign data, analytics, or reports associated with your accounts, API access tokens and credentials connected to your social media accounts, and any internal notes or records related to your engagement.

Revoking Platform Access

In addition to requesting deletion from us, you can revoke our access to your Meta accounts directly: go to Facebook Settings, navigate to Security and Login then Business Integrations, find Space Studios and click Remove. This immediately revokes our API access regardless of our deletion timeline.

What We Cannot Delete

We cannot delete data that Meta or other third-party platforms retain independently. For data held by Meta, refer to Meta's own data deletion policies at facebook.com/privacy.
