Space Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a digital marketing agency providing social media management and advertising services to business clients. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

We collect basic business contact information from our clients, including name, email address, phone number, and company details. This information is provided directly by clients when they engage our services.

How We Use Meta Platform Data

We use the Meta Marketing API to manage advertising campaigns and social media accounts on behalf of our clients. Through authorized access granted by our clients, we may access social media account information, advertising campaign data (performance, spend, reach, impressions), audience insights and analytics, and content and creative assets for ad management.

This data is used solely to provide marketing services to the client who authorized access. We do not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the services they hired us for.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not collect data from end users or consumers. We do not retain Meta platform data beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Data Security

We store client information securely and limit access to authorized personnel. API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and never shared publicly.

Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of our service agreement. When a client relationship ends, we delete their data within 30 days of the final service date unless otherwise agreed upon or required by law.
