The Challenge

When Jeremy Power, owner of Troo Solutions, first reached out in the summer of 2025, he was looking to transform his new modular home company into a trusted and scalable brand.
Having already built a strong reputation through Bella Design Build, a well-known Minnesota home builder, Jeremy wanted to take a different approach with Troo — focusing on small, high-quality modular homes that could be produced efficiently and delivered at scale.

However, Troo lacked a system to generate consistent, qualified leads year-round. The company needed both a strong digital presence and a reliable funnel that could keep the pipeline full as the business scaled.

The Strategy

To position Troo as a credible, modern modular home builder, we started by building a high-converting website designed to tell the company’s story, display its work, and drive action. From there, we developed social media pages that showcased not just the final products, but also the people and process behind the builds — adding authenticity and trust to the brand.

We then implemented a Meta Ads lead generation system tailored to reach Minnesota homeowners interested in affordable, customizable housing solutions. By combining compelling video content with well-targeted campaigns, we ensured Troo’s message reached the right audience.

The Execution

Our team handled the entire content production process — from on-site filming with professional-grade cameras and licensed drone pilots to in-house editing for a cinematic, trustworthy look. The videos highlighted Troo’s craftsmanship, modular process, and real client stories, helping humanize the brand.

We also optimized Troo’s Meta lead forms, introducing qualifying questions to improve lead quality and reduce wasted ad spend.

The Results

Over the course of three months, the system we built generated 500+ qualified leads — creating a strong pipeline leading into the spring building season. Troo Solutions not only achieved consistent lead flow but also saw a major increase in credibility and brand recognition across Minnesota’s home-building market.
